Track Shipments in Excel with XLOOKUP

We're focusing today on tracking shipments in Excel using the XLOOKUP function. This feature allows you to monitor delivery statuses, track order details, and organize shipments all in one place. If you’re already using Excel for this purpose, feel free to skip today’s edition.
Let’s get started and see how Excel can help you efficiently manage shipments and deliveries!
The process is as follows,
1. Open Excel and Select the cells

2. Go to “Insert” and click on “Checkbox” to add checkboxes for tracking status.
3. In the cell where you want the status to appear, use XLOOKUP function. Type =XLOOKUP(TRUE, and select the checkboxes.
=XLOOKUP(TRUE,C5:E5,

4. Select the above Status cell then press F4 and complete the whole formula. The formula:
=XLOOKUP(TRUE,C5:E5,$C$2:$E$2,"",,-1)
