The process is as follows,
1. Open Excel and Select all the Dates

2. Drag all the Dates to the right to AutoFill.

3. Select all the Dates in the “Day” Column.

4. Right Click the Mouse, and Go to “Format Cells”

5. Go to Custom and type “ddd”

6. Select all the “Month” Cells and follow the same procedure. This time in Custom Field Type “mmm”

7. Select all the “Year” Cells and follow the same procedure. This time in Custom Field Type “yyyy”

We are done. All the Day, Month and Year has been Extracted.
