The process is as follows,

1. Open Excel and Navigate to where you want to remove the Spaces.

2. To remove all the spaces from all the cells, firstly press “CTRL + A” to select all the data.

3. Press “CTRL + H” to open “FInd and Replace” Box

4. Type “Tilde (~)” in the “Find what” box, and leave the “Replace with” box Empty.

5. Click “Replace All” and Enjoy!!!
