The Process is as follows:

  1. Open Excel and select the first cell to edit

  1. Type the following formula to combine the text. The formula: =TEXTJOIN(“ “,,B3,C3)

  1. The text will join automatically. To join the rest of the cell’s data, Either Double Click the marked place or Press CTRL + E
